My name's Andy Williamson and I'm a Senior Account Executive at Applause. In 2014, my brother started a Home Services business in Dallas, Texas and that summer I flew out to help him get things off the ground. I witnessed firsthand just how hard it can be to motivate, retain, and hire hourly workers. Since then, I've spent the majority of my career in the Software industry, helping solve business challenges for some of the largest organizations in the world. I joined Applause, because I saw the opportunity to solve the problems my brother's business faced re: employee retention and motivation, through technology.
