The Applause Top 10 is powered entirely by real performance data from the Applause platform. Winners did not pay a fee or submit applications for consideration. Rather, they were judged on the basis of the feedback they’ve received from real customers. 

We analyzed 18,000+ data points across 3,000 companies to identify the 10 best service providers based on Google reviews and CSAT in the pest control, lawn & landscape, and HVAC industries. 

Google ratings were adjusted for review volume to reward consistency at scale, while Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores were adjusted for response volume to ensure statistical significance.

The result is a list that reflects sustained excellence in the eyes of real customers.
